Merry Saari

Project Coordinator

Merry Saari brings a diverse background in project coordination, executive leadership support, communications, and community-focused development to the R&C Management Group team. Known for her ability to align priorities, facilitate communication, and support organizational effectiveness, she helps project teams stay connected, informed, and focused on successful outcomes. Merry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Creative Writing from Central Washington University.

As a Project Coordinator at R&C, Merry supports project planning, stakeholder coordination, communication, and day-to-day execution across a variety of capital improvement initiatives. Her collaborative approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail help ensure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining alignment between clients, consultants, and project partners.

Drawing from experience supporting major educational and community-focused initiatives, Merry brings a unique perspective on the collaboration required to successfully plan, design, and deliver projects that create lasting value for students, staff, and the communities they serve. Her passion for purpose-driven work and commitment to helping others succeed make her a valued member of the R&C team.

Outside of work, Merry enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, paddleboarding, exploring new foods, and spending time outdoors with her daughters. She is also a twin and remains engaged in a lifelong friendly competition with her brother over who is more charming.
