Tom Utas brings over two years of dedicated experience to the R&C Management Group team, supporting the successful delivery of complex construction projects. With a background that includes project administration for K-12 school district projects and a year of experience as a Project Engineer, Tom has developed a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from pre-construction through project closeout.

Tom plays a key role in managing project documentation, compliance requirements, and the flow of critical project information. He supports the coordination of technical procurement, maintains organized communication among project partners, and helps ensure teams remain aligned to keep projects progressing on schedule.

His experience also includes field coordination, where he works closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure site logistics and project requirements are synchronized. This attention to detail helps maintain project momentum while supporting quality and schedule goals.

Tom is highly proficient in industry-standard project management platforms, including Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Office Suite. By leveraging these tools, he helps drive efficiency, transparency, and accuracy throughout every phase of a project.
